6. Eyewash.ph’s Sole Discretion
Eyewash.ph reserves the right to refuse claims on this warranty at its sole discretion if the claim does not meet the stated requirements or if the defect is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty.
7. Requirements for Filing Claims
To ensure a smooth and efficient claims process, please provide the following information when filing a claim under this warranty:
- Proof of Purchase: Attach a copy of the Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt as proof of your purchase from our authorized distributor or directly from Eyewash.ph.

The Rust-free Warranty provided by Optron International Corporation (“Optron”) applies solely to the stainless steel parts of the covered products listed in the “Covered Products” section. This warranty ensures that the stainless steel components of the mentioned products remain free from rust under normal environmental conditions, where the products are not exposed to factors that may accelerate rusting.
Optron reserves the right to assess the suitability of the environment where the products are installed to determine if it complies with the warranty’s coverage conditions.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Please note that the Rust-free Warranty does not cover defects, damages, or malfunctions resulting from the following:
- Improper Use: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or use of the product in ways not intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear that occurs with the proper use of the product over time and is not directly related to material defects.
- Improper Installation: Damage or issues arising from incorrect installation that deviates from the instructions provided in the product manual.
- Lack of Maintenance: Any problems arising due to the failure to properly maintain and care for the product according to the maintenance guidelines outlined in the product manual.
- Other Unrelated Factors: Damages resulting from factors unrelated to material defects, including but not limited to improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, corrosive environments, or rust-inducing agents not specified in the product guidelines.
Defects Caused by Improper Care:
Instances of rust or deterioration caused by improper care or maintenance are not covered under this warranty. To maintain the warranty’s validity, customers must adhere to the maintenance guidelines provided in the product manual, ensuring that the stainless steel components are properly cared for and protected against factors that may lead to rusting.
Proper Usage and Environment:
The warranty coverage is subject to the products being used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the usage instructions detailed in the product manual. The products must be installed in environments that do not accelerate rusting or expose them to rust-inducing agents not outlined in the product guidelines.
Inspection and Claims Process:
In the event of a warranty claim, customers must promptly contact Optron through the provided customer support channels. Optron will conduct an inspection with the customer’s assistance to verify that the rusting occurred under normal operating conditions and not due to any irregular use or improper installation.
Customers are required to provide necessary documentation, including proof of purchase, images, and other relevant evidence to support their warranty claim.
Return of Rusted Part(s) and Replacements:
Customers must return the rusted part(s) of the product to Eyewash.ph before the release of replacement parts. The shipping or delivery fees associated with the return of the rusted part(s) and the shipment of replacements are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that installation, removal, or any labor cost associated with the replacement process is not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Duration:
The “Rust-free Warranty” is valid for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Exclusions:
The Rust-free Warranty does not cover the following:
- Consumable Parts: Consumable parts such as rubber o-rings, plastic components, or any other accessories not made from stainless steel.
- Rusting due to Irregular Use: Rusting caused by irregular, abusive, or improper use of the eyewash station.
- Rusting due to Abnormal Site Conditions: Rusting resulting from exposure to abnormal site conditions that accelerate corrosion.
- Rusting due to Exposure to Rusting Agents: Rusting caused by exposure to substances or environments known to induce rust.
- Any Accessories, Parts, or Attachments not Included in the Set: Parts or attachments that are not original components of the purchased eyewash station.
Post-Warranty Period:
Any defects or rusting issues found after the expiration of the 12-month warranty period will not be covered by this warranty. Optron reserves the sole right to refuse claims on this warranty after the warranty period has ended.
Limitation of Liability:
Optron’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the affected stainless steel part. The warranty does not cover any costs related to the installation or removal of the part. Optron shall not be liable for damages or defects caused by wrong usage, exposure to rust-inducing agents, or use in adverse working environments.

Phased-out Parts:
